I’m a Body-Based Transformation Coach, podcast host, and the creator of The Body Talk Method™, a body-centered approach to rebuilding self-trust and breaking patterns at their root.
At the core of my work is the understanding that the relationship you have with yourself shapes everything. It influences how you think, how you feel, how you show up in your relationships, and how you move through your life. But that relationship doesn’t live only in your thoughts. It lives in your body, in your nervous system, and in the subtle ways you respond to life moment by moment.
For a long time, my life looked “fine” on the outside. I was capable, responsible, and good at what I did. But internally, I felt disconnected from myself. I was over-functioning, people-pleasing, and moving through life in a way that didn’t feel fully honest or aligned. There was a deep inner knowing that something was missing, but I couldn’t quite explain it.
What I didn’t understand at the time was that I was living from a version of myself I had learned to be. My patterns weren’t random, and they weren’t because something was wrong with me. They were shaped by experiences, by adaptation, and by a nervous system that had learned how to stay safe in certain ways. And even though I wanted things to change, I kept finding myself in the same cycles.
Everything began to shift when I stopped trying to force change and started listening to my body. When I slowed down enough to notice what I was feeling instead of overriding it, I began to understand myself in a completely different way. I learned how to create safety within myself, how to listen to what was coming up, and how to respond instead of react.
That’s where my work comes from.
I don’t believe you’re broken, and I don’t believe you’re stuck. I believe your patterns make sense, and I also believe you have more choice than it might feel like in the moment. Real change doesn’t happen just by understanding yourself. It happens when your awareness, your body, and your choices begin to come together.
The work I do combines both top-down and bottom-up approaches. We look at thoughts, beliefs, and identity, while also working with the body, emotions, and nervous system. This allows you to not just see your patterns, but to begin relating to them differently and, over time, choosing differently within your life.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding the version of you that learned these patterns and creating enough awareness and safety to begin moving beyond them.
When you change your relationship with yourself, everything else begins to change with it.
